GUO Le-le, GUO Yi, HOU Xiao-yan, MA Ming, LI Xiao-ying, PENG Cheng
Objective: This paper aims to investigate the effect of glucocorticoid therapy on porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g) in subgingival plaque of rats with adriamycin-induced nephrotoxicity(ADR), and to realize the correlation between periodontitis nephrotic and glucocorticoid applications. Methods: 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups and normal group, and nephropathy group, 30 rats in each group. The rats in the nephropathy group were given 4 mg/kg adriamycin injection via tail vein to establish ADR model at the interval of 2 weeks. After the establishment of ADR model, the rats of the two groups were randomly selected 10 rats to be sacrificed and make the kidney pathological sections.Remaining 40 rats, 20 rats in the normal group were randomly divided into control group and glucocorticoids-treated group,10 rats in each group. Nephropathy group were divided into ADR group and ADR+glucocorticoids-treated group, 10 rats in each group. Glucocorticoids-treated group and ADR+glucocorticoids-treated group were given methylprednisolone 30 mg /(kg·d) for 10 weeks, control group and ADR group were given equal volume of normal saline. The subgingival plaque of rats was used to detect the detection rate and detection quantity of P.g in samples by using SYBR Green real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) technique. Results: The detection quantity of P.g in ADR+glucocorticoids-treated group was higher than that in other three groups (P<0.05), and the detection quantity of P.g in ADR group was higher than those in control group and glucocorticoids-treated group (P<0.05). The detection rates of P.g in control group and glucocorticoids-treated group were 40% and 50% respectively. The detection rate of P.g in ADR group and ADR+glucocorticoids-treated group was 90%, which was higher than that in control group and glucocorticoids-treated group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of P.g in rats was correlated with chronic kidney disease and the application of glucocorticoid, suggesting that the periodontal condition of ADR rats was affected by nephropathy and glucocorticoid therapy.

WU Bin, QU Fang, CAO Peng-rong, HU Jing, YI Yin-sha, ZHA Wen-ting, LV Yuan
This study aims to investigate the association of SNPs with tumor-associated latent loci. By analyzing the effect of gene mutations on the structure and function of proteins with the database, to speculate the destructive mutants. It was found that individuals with the genotype of the five key SNP loci were more susceptible to tumors; these specific markers can be used as a molecular marker to determine the susceptibility of a tumor to the individual, and to diagnose the population with high risk of tumor; and rs201154887 can be used as a new disease molecular marker.

64 A Cost Analysis of Three PET/CT Facilities
ZHANG Hong-yu
The aim of this study was to conduct a cost and efficiency analysis of PET/CT institutions, and how to collocate and utilize PET/CT device and related medical resource were expatiated. Three PET facilities were investigated about the costs and efficiency (Two facilities that using delivery FDG, one facility that had cyclotron, which can produce FDG by itself); the break-even point was analyzed in each of three institutions. In the three hospitals (A, B and C), the annual number of PET/CT scan were 1238, 802 and 753, respectively, while cost per scan was accounted as 7500 RMB in all three hospitals, the break-even point was calculated to be 1509, 862 and 798, respectively. PET/CT facilities utilizing delivery FDG seemed to have difficulty in business administration. Such a situation suggests the possibility that the current supply of PET/CT facilities might exceed actual demand for the service, which can lead to the medical resource waste. The efficiency of resource allocation should be taken into consideration by the government and health service researches on PET/CT and related medical devices in the future.

ZHANG Ju-cheng, WANG Zhi-kang, LOU Hai-fang, ZHANG Ning, MA Miao-qun
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common cardiac rhythm disturbance that increases in prevalence with advancing age. To get the real time location of the related key lesions is of great significance to treat and abolish AF. Two-dimensional finite element method was adopted to simulate the lead field. Based on the acoustoelectric effect and the reciprocal theory, the source density of the current field was calculated, thus determining the precise location of the current source and sink. Results show that the simulated positioning precision of current source and sink is within submillimetre only using a pair of recording electrode. This work implies that it is promising to locate the key lesions from messy fibrillation using the acoustoelectric effect method.

CHEN Chao-shuang, FU Feng, LI Bing, LIU Wen-bo, XU Shi-wei, TAO Feng, SHI Xue-tao, YANG Lin, FEI Zhou, DONG Xiu-zhen
Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH), which has rapid attack and high death rate, usually leads to bad outcomes. Poor prognosis of this disease is primarily due to the difficulty of early discovery. Early detection or diagnosis would significantly reduce the rate of disability and mortality, and improve the prognosis of the patients. The purpose of this paper is to testify electrical impedance change and detection of brain tissue after cerebral ischemic with electrical impedance tomography. In this study, electrical impedance tomography (EIT) was applied to detect the onset of modeled on rabbits in real time, ICH model group were injected collagenase in the Corpus Striatum while rabbits in control group were injected the same volume of saline with collagenase. The subsequent process was monitored continuously by system of electrical impedance tomography;the rabbits were sacrificed by intravenous injection of over dose of hydration chlorine aldehyde, and then taken into being scanned by computed tomography (CT) with a resolution of l mm within 10 min after death. After that, the brains of the rabbits were taken out, fixed and cut into slices to detect the changes of brain tissue. We found that one- dimensional impedance and two-dimensional(2D) images of electric resistance of brain of the rabbits pretreated with collagenase obviously changed after injection and the hemorrhage could be found in the slices of brain and there were changes in the model rabbits group not only the electric resistance but also the brain tissues. Although quantitative index can't be provided by detection of intracerebral hemorrhage in rabbits with electrical impedance tomography's at this stage, cerebral hemorrhage can cause brain electrical impedance characters of the change, the completed experiments suggest that electrical impedance tomography (EIT) may become an effective technique to detect ICH.

82 A Bayesian-MAP Method Based on TV for CT Image Reconstruction from Sparse and Limited Data
QI Hong-liang, ZHOU Ling-hong, XU Yuan, HONG Hong
Computed tomography (CT) plays an important role in the field of modern medical imaging. Reducing radiation exposure dose without significantly decreasing image's quality is always a crucial issue. Inspired by the outstanding performance of total variation (TV) technique in CT image reconstruction, a TV regularization based Bayesian-MAP (MAP-TV) is proposed to reconstruct the case of sparse view projection and limited angle range imaging. This method can suppress the streak artifacts and geometrical deformation while preserving image edges. We used ordered subset (OS) technique to accelerate the reconstruction speed. Numerical results show that MAP-TV is able to reconstruct a phantom with better visual performance and quantitative evaluation than classical FBP,MLEM and quadrate prior to MAP algorithms. The proposed algorithm can be generalized to cone-beam CT image reconstruction.
