1 A Promising Predictor of the Efficacy of Endocrine Therapy for Breast Cancer:14-3-3-zeta

Objective 14-3-3-zeta protein has been found to be associated with survival signaling in cancer. However, prognostic value and the predictive effect of its gene expression for determining the efficacy of endocrine therapy in breast cancer are unclear. Methods The differential 14-3-3-zeta gene expression between cancer and normal tissue was assayed using ONCOMINE database analysis. The correlation between 14-3-3-zeta gene and proliferative/metastasis-associated genes was analyzed using Breast Cancer Gene-Expression Miner v4.1 (bc-GenExMiner v4.1). The prognostic value of its expression in breast cancer was analyzed using bc-GenExMiner v4.1 and Kaplan-Meier Plotter. Results The 14-3-3-zeta gene expression was elevated in breast cancer tissue compared with normal breast tissue,which was higher in invasive ductal breast cancer than in ductal breast cancer in situ. It was also positively correlated with the degree of malignancy and the clinical stage of breast cancer and with some proliferative genes. A high level of 14-3-3-zeta expression was predictive of shorter relapse-free survival (RFS) in ER-positive but not ER-negative breast cancer. Further analysis showed the association of high 14-3-3-zeta expression and a shorter RFS in endocrine therapy or tamoxifen-only-treated population, regardless of whether chemotherapy had been used. Conclusion 14-3-3-zeta gene expression is upregulated and associated with a relatively high degree of malignancy and late clinical stage in breast cancer. It is a promising prognostic factor for ER-positive breast cancer and a predictor of the efficacy of endocrine therapy.

11 A Semantic Ontology Structure-based Approach for Retrieving Similar Medical Images

Radiology doctors perform text-based image retrieval when they want to retrieve medical images. However, the accuracy and efficiency of such retrieval cannot keep up with the requirements. An innovative algorithm is being proposed to retrieve similar medical images. First, we extract the professional terms from the ontology structure and use them to annotate the CT images. Second, the semantic similarity matrix of ontology terms is calculated according to the structure of the ontology. Lastly, the corresponding semantic distance is calculated according to the marked vector, which contains different annotations. We use 120 real liver CT images (divided into six categories) of a top three-hospital to run the algorithm of the program. Result shows that the retrieval index “Precision” is 80.81%, and the classification index “AUC(Area Under Curve)” under the “ROC curve” (Receiver Operating Characteristic)is 0.945.

20 Value of Epidural Injection of Hydromorphone for Postoperative Analgesia after Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the value of epidural injection of hydromorphone for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section. Methods 98 patients with cesarean section in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. The control group was given a large dose of 0.6 mg hydromorphone, and the observation group was given a small dose of 0.4mg hydromorphone. The postoperative pain score, postoperative complications,and patients' recognition of analgesia were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observation group were (2.30±0.45), (2.50±0.33), (2.98±0.73) at 4 h, 8 h, and 12 h after operation, which were better than those in the control group. The analgesic satisfaction of the observation group was 93.88%,and that of the control group was 71.43%. The analgesic effect of the observation group was better, and the incidence of postoperative complications was 10.20% in the observation group and 26.52% in the control group. The situation of SAS and SDS in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of a small dose of 0.4 mg hydromorphone epidural injection, can effectively improve postpartum pain of puerpera, and improve satisfaction of maternal analgesia, while reducing the incidence of postoperative complications of maternal, with clinical research value, worthy of promotion in clinical medicine.

25 Study on Fetal Superior Mesenteric Artery in Early Pregnancy by Color Doppler Low Speed HD-Flow

Objective To study the course of a superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and the angle between SMA and abdominal aorta in early pregnancy, and to explore its significance in early diagnosis of fetal abdominal structural abnormalities. Methods 50 cases of pregnant women with NT color Doppler ultrasound in our hospital and confirmed by delivery or induced labor were selected. The fetal morphology and the course of the fetal superior mesenteric artery were observed, and the angle between the superior mesenteric artery and the abdominal aorta was measured. Results 45 cases of the normal fetus and 5 cases of the abnormal abdomen were confirmed in pregnant women (1 case was missed in early pregnancy). The abnormal course of superior mesenteric artery was found in 4 cases, and the angle between the superior mesenteric artery and the abdominal aorta was abnormal in 4 cases. Conclusion The abnormal course of a superior mesenteric artery or abnormal angle between superior mesenteric artery and abdominal aorta in early pregnancy can be found by using color Doppler low-speed HD-Flow examination, which has definite significance for early diagnosis of fetal abdominal abnormalities such as abdominal fissure, omphalocele, diaphragmatic hernia,and abdominal mass.

30 The Influence of Different Surgical Schemes on the Healing and Cosmetic Effects of Skin Lesions

Objective To analyze the effects of different surgical procedures on the healing and cosmetic effects of skin lesions. Methods 102 patients with skin defects after skin tumor resection in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with a traditional skin flap transplantation, while the observation group was treated with a skin stretch closure device. The effective rate, bleeding volume, wound healing time, total scar length, short-term and long-term complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.2% and 88.24%, there was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency between the two groups (P>0.05), but there were significant differences in the amount of bleeding, the time of wound healing and the total length of postoperative scars between the two groups (all P<0.05); the short-term complication rates of the observation group and the control group were 5.88% and 19.61%, and long-term complications rate was 1.96% and 13.73%.The difference in the incidence of short-term and long-term complications between the two groups was statistically significant (all P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group and the control group was 90.2% and 72.55%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The former can effectively shorten wound healing time and scar length, reduce the incidence of short-term and long-term complications, and improve patients' satisfaction with the treatment, which is worthy of promotion.

36 Etiological Analysis of a Food Poisoning Caused by Staphylococcus Aureus

Objective To analyze the etiology of food poisoning, provide data support for food poisoning treatment, and protect people's health. Methods RT-PCR was used to screen suspicious food and vomit. An enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay (ELFA) was used to detect Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin. RT-PCR was used to detect enterotoxin genotypes. An automatic drug sensitivity reading system was used for drug resistance analysis and mass spectrometry identification. Results Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 5 leftovers and 2 vomitus samples. The enterotoxin types of 7 strains were sed and seen;the drug sensitivity test showed that 7 strains were resistant to penicillin, and 6 strains were inducible clindamycin resistant. Conclusion This is a food poisoning event caused by Staphylococcus aureus, which produces sed and sees enterotoxins. The isolated strains have different degrees of drug resistance.

41 Application and Significance of Sample Pretreatment Technology in Food Physical and Chemical Inspection

Combined with the sampling inspection process of relevant food testing departments, we attach great importance to the sampling inspection and detection of food, effectively reduce the risk of food safety, avoid the risk of social life caused by the food safety problems and the credibility of essential quality of food, explore and research from a scientific point of view. The quality control process of physical and chemical inspection and other related technology and quality control process lay the foundation of food safety guarantee for people's living and working in peace and contentment.
