摘要The society promotes the continuous development of science and technology, and people's living materials have also gradually improved. At the same time, more attention is paid to the safety performance problems such as food inspection and inspection, which is related to the people's food first, especially the safety and quality problems of food will cause safety risks to the body. Combined with the sampling inspection process of relevant food testing departments, we attach great importance to the sampling inspection and detection of food, effectively reduce the risk of food safety, avoid the risk of social life caused by the food safety problems and the credibility of essential quality of food, explore and research from a scientific point of view. The quality control process of physical and chemical inspection and other related technology and quality control process lay the foundation of food safety guarantee for people's living and working in peace and contentment.
