1 Damage Tolerance Design of Artificial Mechanical Heart Valve Holder

To study the conservative life of the artificial mechanical heart valve holder, CATIA software was used for modeling, and ABAQUS finite element analysis was used to analyze the stress of the valve holder in the complex environment of the human body and the residual thermal stress during production and processing. The damage tolerance method based on fracture mechanics analyzes the maximum initial crack size that the heart valve holder can tolerate under the premise that the structural safety life is longer than the life of the implanted patient. The results show that the maximum initial crack size is only tens of microns; the traditional S/N life analysis can only obtain non-conservative life, and the damage tolerance method is the basic requirement for analyzing the life and quality control of artificial mechanical heart valves.

13 Diagnostic Value of tb-RNA in Pleural Effusion in Tuberculous Pleurisy

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of tb-RNA in pleural effusion in tuberculous pleurisy. Methods: 60 patients with tuberculous pleurisy treated from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research object, and 60 patients with non-tuberculous pleurisy treated at the same time were selected as the control group to analyze the diagnostic consistency of tuberculous pleurisy. Results: Through the consistency analysis of the gold standard and tb-RNA diagnosis, the diagnosis consistency of the two methods was strong. By comparing the tb-RNA level of the two groups, the tb-RNA level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Through the analysis of diagnostic efficacy of tb-RNA, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of tb-RNA were 58.33% and 97.50%, respectively. Conclusion: tb-RNA detection of pleural effusion has a high positive diagnostic value and short detection cycle, which is of positive significance for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion.

19 The Anti-glioma Effect of Luteolin Via Mir-384/PIWIL4 Pathway and Its Influencing Mechanism

Objective: To explore the anti-glioma effect and influence of luteolin through miR-384/PIWIL4 pathway. Methods: 30 cases of human glioblastoma multiform U251, U87, A172, SHG44 cells, and 30 cases of the normal glial cell NHA were treated with luteolin. The control group was detected by Western blot, and the level of PIWIL4 in the cytoplasm and nucleus of each cell line was analyzed. The expression levels of PIWIL4 mRNA and miR-384 in each cell line were detected by qRT-PCR. Results: the glial cell NHA with normal PIWIL4 level in the cytoplasm was related to U251, U87, A172, and SHG44 human pleomorphic glioma cells. The mRNA expression levels of U251, U87, A172, and SHG44 human pleomorphic glioma cells were significantly higher than those of normal gliomas (P<0.05), and the miR-384 expression levels of U251, U87, A172, and SHG44 human pleomorphic glioma cells were significantly higher than those of normal gliomas (P<0.05). With the continuous increase of luteolin concentration, glioma cells showed a significant increase in dependence (P<0.05). Conclusion: Luteolin could up-regulate miR-384, inhibit PIWIL4, and regulate the biological activity of glioma cell proliferation and migration.

27 Study on Immunotherapy-related Biomarkers of Small-cell Lung Cancer

The prognosis of small cell lung cancer is poor. Almost all patients have a tendency for tumor spreading to the whole body when they are diagnosed. Therefore, the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the main treatment, and surgical treatment is only implemented in a small number of limited patients. In recent years, there has been no obvious breakthrough in the treatment of small cell lung cancer, and the overall poor prognosis has not changed. With the development of medical technology, immune checkpoint inhibitors are gradually applied to the treatment of small-cell lung cancer, but the overall effect is limited. How to screen the beneficiary population to further improve the effect of immunotherapy is the key issue in the treatment of small-cell lung cancer.

33 Application Value of Macrogene II Sequencing in IPA Diagnosis and Treatment

Infectious diseases feature multiple pathogens, complicated and diverse clinical symptoms. Early and accurate detection of infectious pathogens sets the foundation for its targeted clinical treatment. With long detection cycles and low positive rates, traditional detection approaches such as Gram-stained smear microscopy and specific marker detection can barely meet the clinical needs for infectious disease detection. As a new gene detection technology, macrogene II sequencing can enable higher detection efficiency for infectious diseases caused by pathogens such as fungi and bacteria, demonstrating certain application value. This paper describes invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA), concepts concerning macrogene II sequencing, as well as its application value for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.

40 Research Progress on the Influence of Trace Elements on Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a common clinical chronic degenerative disease with a gradually increasing morbidity as the population ages. The pathogenesis of the disease always maintained as a focus of clinicians' research. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis are far from clear. The attack of the disease has something to do with the patient's joint inflammation, trauma and genetic factors, which is a result of joint action of multiple factors. Trace elements are elements indispensable in the growth and development of the body. Despite it stiny content in the human body, it produces powerful biological effects and plays an important role in the growth and metabolism of the body. This paper studies the relevance between trace elements and osteoarthritis.
