1 Advances in the Application of Radiomics in Colorectal Cancer
ZHOU Xue-zhi, WEI Wei, LIU Zhen-yu, WANG Shuo, TIAN Jie
Medical images contain a great deal of information that cannot be recognized by the human eye. It may not only fully express the heterogeneity of the tumor, but also reflect important information such as prognosis information of patients. With the development of image processing and artificial intelligence technology, an emerging field called "radiomics" has become a research hotspot, aiming to assist doctors to make decisions or to solve the thorny problems in clinical practice by advanced image analysis technology. In this paper, taking applications of radiomics in colorectal cancer as an example, we introduced the basic principle and technology of radiomics followed by studies focusing on different clinical questions during treatment cycle, including assessment and prediction of the pathological response status after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, the decision of operative plan and the survival analysis after operation. We believe that advances in medical image analysis will promote the development of precision medicine.

13 Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Local Citrate Anticoagulation and Non-anticoagulation in Extended Intermittent Renal Replacement Therapy (PIRRT)
FU Bi-ling, SHEN Xun, LIU Ying-shan, ZHANG Ai-sha, ZHOU Li, CHEN Ji-hong
Objective: To observe the anticoagulant effect of local citrate anticoagulation and non-anticoagulation in prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy (PITTR). Methods: From October 2018 to October 2019, 30 patients with a high risk of bleeding who received PIRRT treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into RCA group (citrate group) and control group (non-anticoagulant group), 15 cases in each group. The anticoagulant efficiency, filter service life, coagulation function, and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) the anticoagulant effective rate of the RCA group was higher than that of the control group, and the use time of the filter was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in Pt and APTT between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in plasma calcium concentration between the two groups before treatment, 4, 6 and 8 h after treatment (P>0.05). (4) In the RCA group, the pH value and be valued at 4, 6 and 8 h after treatment were higher than those before treatment, but they were in the normal range, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the extended intermittent renal replacement therapy, the effect of local citrate anticoagulation is better than that of non-anticoagulant therapy, which can prolong the service life of the filter, and there are no adverse reactions such as prolonged coagulation time, hypocalcemia, and metabolic acid-base imbalance.

20 Numerical Simulation of Dense Gas-solid Two Phase Flow in a Steady-state Fluidized Bed
ZHANG Jian-hui, WANG Li-ya, LUO Bi-hui, ZHENG Yan-zhen
To investigate the influence of the furnace structure and inlet gas velocity on gas-solid two-phase flow states in the deposition furnace, FLUENT software was used to simulate dense gas-solid two-phase flow in a fluidized bed. The results show that the dispersed fluidized bed formed in the deposition furnace with a cone angle of 60° has the structure of "ring-nucleus" and longer gas retention time compared with the flat-bottom structure deposition furnace, which is beneficial to the preparation of the pyrolytic carbon coating materials with a uniform structure and excellent quality. Inlet gas velocity should be moderate, the slow inlet gas velocity leads to the chaos of the particle velocity distribution, which cannot form the ring-core flow structure. High inlet gas velocity leads to the back mixing of particles in the deposition furnace. In addition, as the inlet gas velocity increases, both the gas phase and the average particle velocity in the central area of the deposition furnace gradually increase, and the effect of the gas phase velocity is more obvious.

30 Genomic Characteristics of SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV and 2019-nCoV
LI Tong, YU Xing, CHEN Meng-xiang, LV Yuan, ZHA Wen-ting
In December 2019, Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province in China, reported a series of unexplained cases of pneumonia, which has been confirmed to be an acute infectious respiratory disease caused by Novel Corona Virus 2019 (2019-nCoV) infection. The World Health Organization (WHO) named this pneumonia Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). The 21st century had witnessed the spread of two previously unrecognized coronaviruses around the world with high pathogenicity before, namely severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) respectively. At present, 2019-nCoV 's genome has been sequenced by researchers all over the world represented by China. Based on the systematic review and analysis of the genomic sequence characteristics of three highly pathogenic coronaviruses, this paper expounds the basic characteristics of the genomes of SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV and 2019-nCoV,which all belong to β-coronaviruses, the functionally important ORFs, ORF1a, ORF1b and major structural proteins including the spike (S), membrane (M) and envelop (E) and nucleiccapsid (N) proteins have no significant difference with each other. However, as the majority of genetic variations being seen at the N-terminal part of S protein, 2019-nCoV aligned best with the bat SARS-like virus bat-SL-CoVZX45. And Structure analysis of the spike (S) protein of 2019-nCoV showed that it's S protein only binds weakly to the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme2 (ACE2) receptor on human cells whereas the human SARS-Cov exhibits high affinity to the ACE receptor and MERS-Cov does not need ACE2 to infect human cells, its receptor on human cells is DPP4. In the future, we hope to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus by strengthening the research of coronavirus S protein and ACE2 receptor, and continuous surveillance and genomic characterization of coronaviruses from bats are necessary due to potential risks of human infection induced by a genetic mutation.

40 Effect of Plaque Control on Chronic Periodontitis in Psychiatric Patients with Long-term Hospitalization
ZHOU Kai-qiang
Objective: To study the effect of plaque control on chronic periodontitis in psychiatric patients. Methods: 116 psychiatric patients with chronic periodontitis in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were treated with ultrasonic curettage combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment, and the patients were supervised to brush their teeth correctly every day. The clinical treatment effect, detection of periodontal pathogens in subgingival plaque and gingival crevices were observed after treatment. The levels of tumor necrosis facto-α(TNF-α), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the fluid were measured, SBI) were observed and recorded. Results: After the treatment, the levels of PG, Aa, Fn, Tf, Pi, Td, were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factor index decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, PD, AL and SBI indexes decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Plaque control has a significant effect on psychosis patients with chronic periodontitis. It can improve the pathogenic bacteria in subgingival plaque and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in the gingival crevicular fluid.
